WebFeb 2, 2016 · I click on the ioptron commander icon and select auto detection (or com port 4 which where the USB is plugged in). When I do this I get a dialog box that says " no ioptron devices connected" The same thing happens if the move the USB to com port 3. I get the same message whether the mount is powered on or not. WebJul 9, 2024 · Plugging into the USB port on the side of the CEM40EC makes the connection; the iOptron Commander recognizes it and I've run it without any problems. I can use the handset or I can use the buttons on the Commander mount panel. Mostly I use NINA to tell it where to go, and that's worked fine. APT worked without any problems.
WebJul 21, 2024 · This is what I received from Ioptron: Check the mount. If computer can’t talk to both mount and iPolar/iGuider, the CMS_D is dead. If it can talked to mount but not the iPolar etc, the USB hub is dead.
