WebJun 3, 2016 · Most people are around SL 70~80 at that boss, lower lvls are uncommon, thus you'll have a hard time finding summon signs. It's not a connection problem, it's a lvl range problem, people tend to lvl up fast till 120. I, for example, was around SL 80 when i reached Lothric Castle the first time. Alright thanks.
