If you want to leave the 06 dash you might have to make up a few harness's. Headlight switch and raido harness are different. The 7.3 harness all bolts right into the 06 dash. The heater box is offset on the 99-07 whereas the 08-10 is mounted directly in the middle of the firewall. Therefore, the duct system has to be redone.
