The example below is from an FJO wideband datalog captured from my '95 TT while doing some street tuning at ~18psi. Further raising the boost causes the problem to worsen.

WebHondata has had extensive tuning time with two wideband lambda meters, the PLX and the FJO. Most wideband meters - (the ones that are of any use in tuning here) have a 0-5 volt output proportional to air fuel ratio. Pin A on the FJO analog connector (whatever colour it shows in your manual) goes to the EVP harness (pin on the middle of the "flat" side of the EVP connector on EEC-IV cars, brown with light green stripe wire on mine).
