But for a Deep clean of my brushes, I use cheap Halfords Cellulose, but keep it well stoppered up, so I don't get a whiff.

For enamels, I use a bit of Humbrol enamel thinners to do the initial bowl clean and then blow through with Halfords Cellulose thinners. Very rare I use enamels though.
