Rx 580 not being detected
WebFeb 19, 2024 · Looks like a windows issue not recognising or updating cards drivers. In device manager remove\uninstall the microsoft basic display driver then reboot pc and install amd drivers fresh. If this doesnt fix it try using DDU to remove any display drivers currently on system and then install ADM drivers again fresh again.

Windows uses the default drivers, that is why it says "Microsoft Basic Display Driver" in the Device Manager. It is using your GPU it's just not using it properly. If you were to Google the hardware ID listed in the device properties Google should say it's an RX 580.
