Webcollaboration between teachers was introduced by Little in the early 1990s (Krammer, Rossmann, Gastager & Gasteiger-Klicpera, 2024). According to Little (1990), the degree of dependence or interdependence between the teacher and his/her collaboration partner is the distinctive feature of the kind of collaboration. WebResearch has shown there are higher levels of trust and job satisfaction in schools with greater teacher collaboration (Met Life, 2010). Research has also shown that school e nvironments that support higher-quality collaboration increase the rate of improvement for teachers (Ronfeldt et al., 2015).
