WebWith over 20 albums under their belt, Sparks have wreaked havoc with just about every new trend they stumble across, accommodating their already fabulously theatrical and irreverent tunes: from their glory days as glam-rock pinups to the headiness of disco and pioneering the very idea of the synth pop duo, before settling into a late-career ... WebSparks were always a quirky sounding (not to mention looking!) band and this CD features the hits I remember. Sadly, there weren't that many and whilst Beat The Clock, Number 1 Song in Heaven and This Town Ain't Big Enough all sound great, quite a few of the other tracks feel like album filler trackss, which on a 'Best Of' is a bit of a shame.
